This is a widget application containing a button which provides a switching function between Non-Airplane mode and Airplane mode(a.k.a Low power mode) by clicking it. The color of an air plane inside the button represents the current network status of your phone. Red color means Air-plane mode while white color shows Non-Airplane mode.
