你行你上
“你行你上”可以说 put up or shut up，这是固定表达，表示“要么拿出实际行动来，要么就闭嘴”，也就是“你行你上”。shut up 是“闭嘴”的意思，这里的 put up 可以理解成“拿出实际行动”的意思。
例句：
Stop complaining. It's time to put it or shut it.
别抱怨了，你行你上。
Let's see you do better.
让我们看看你做个更好的，你行你上
英语里还有个俗语 Let's see you do better，这个句子带着挑衅的语气，就相当于“你这么厉害，那你做个更好的我们看看咯，别光说呀”，和“你行你上”意思也很相似。
例句：
Now that you are so clever, let's see you do better.
既然你这么聪明，那你行你上咯。
Don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk.
如果做不到，就别光说不做。
这个表达以前吉米老师讲过，我们再复习一遍。talk the talk 是固定表达，表示“说得头头是道”，walk the walk 也是固定表达，表示“采取实际行动”。那，意思就是“别光说不做，你行你上”。
例句：
Everyone can use big words, but don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk.
每个人都会说大话，但别光说不做。

你要是这么厉害，那你来做吧。
我们先想一想“你行你上”是什么意思，“如果你行的话，那你就上吧，你来做吧”，“行”可以理解为“聪明、厉害”，那英语就可以说 good、clever 或者 skilled，skilled 表示“熟练的、技术好的”，“很会做饭”就可以说 be skilled at cooking。所以“你行你上”可以翻译为 If you're so good/clever/skilled, you do it!
相似的翻译还有 If you're so good, why don't you do it? “你这么厉害，为什么你不做呢？”
例句:
I'm not good at cooking. If you are so skilled at it, you do it!
我厨艺不好，你行你上！
If you're such an expert, why don't you do it?
你这么厉害，那你来做吧。
前面我们表达“厉害”用的是形容词，老外有时也用 expert，它表示“专家、能手、行家”，这里也是一种讽刺，既然你这么专业，内行得像专家一样，你怎么不做呢？
例句:
Yes, I made a mess. If you're such an expert, why don't you do it?
没错，我弄得一团糟。你行你怎么不上呢？

滴水之恩，当涌泉相报
网友们把“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报”翻译成 You 滴答滴答 me，I 哗啦哗啦 you，也是让吉米老师哭笑不得。来看看外交部是怎么翻译的：Receiving drips of water when in need, and I shall return the kindness in spring.
drip /drɪp/ 是“水滴”的意思，“一滴水”就是 a drip of water，spring 除了表示“春天”，还可以表示“泉”。那这句话意思就是“在需要的时候收了你几滴水，我将用一眼泉水来回报你的恩情”，也就是“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报”。
例句：
Receiving drips of water when in need, and I shall return the kindness with a spring. Reciprocating an act of kindness is Chinese nation's fine tradition.
滴水之恩，当涌泉相报。感恩是中华民族的传统美德。
